After dealing with a very difficult potential buyer, a serious buyer showed up and the house moved quickly at very close to asking price. Jane did a great job.

Jane is intelligent, extremely knowledgable, dedicated to solving every issue, and extremely fun to work with to a successful conclusion. I have both bought and sold homes with her several times! I would highly recommend her, because above all of her other positive attributes, she is honest...a rare quality in this business!

Jane is very honest, professional, and easy to work with. She found me excellent renters for my condo when I was away, and sold my condo when that time came. I have no reservations recommending her services as realtor.

Awesome experience! The house sold in a little over a week! What a difference to hire an experienced realtor who knows the local market, understands pricing strategy, and is willing to go above and beyond to ensure a rapid sale. Her contacts in staging, house cleaning, estate sales, cleanout services and more were always at her fingertips, and she referred only the most reliable contractors. She made everything easy, and was always accessible. No gimmicks, just rock solid expertise and an absolutely delightful person to work with.
