Jamie was incredible during every single step of our home buying process. As first-time home buyers, she was extremely attentive, patient with our (many) questions and her thorough communication style put us at ease. The recommendations and referrals she provided were so helpful and my husband and I felt she really took the time to listen to our needs and concerns along the way - all while juggling a busy market. We relied on her expertise during the negotiation process, and she advocated for us from start to finish. She even took the time to regularly touch base after our closing to see if there were other issues or concerns that had come up. She made the process so stress-free and we love our new home. We were fortunate to find Jamie while we were in San Diego preparing for our move back to Illinois to be closer to family. Initially we planned to build and Jamie represented us well in a land contract. After verifying the lot could not be altered to meet our needs, Jamie found us an existing home perfect for our personal touch. Wow! Working with Jamie was an amazing experience. She helped us both buy and sell which can be a stressful situation, especially in this market. However, Jamie was able to guide us in a professional manner, and helped put us at ease. She maintained constant communication throughout the process, and was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns that we had along the way. Jamie was recommended to me by a work colleague and I couldn't be more pleased. Everyone knows this market know is an extreme sellers market. Jamie is extremely knowledgeable, timely and personable. Working within a tight budget post divorce, Jamie made the process as pleasurable as it could be. I truly felt like I had someone working for me and my best interest which was so important to me! We lost out on a few house which was extremely discouraging but I knew the right one was close. Jamie always stayed positive, even when she had to deliver the bad news.
