Jim has many years of experience in the industry, and he leveraged all that expertise on our behalf. Before and during our home-buying process, we had heard that he's the best of the best, and that became truly apparent to us in the end stages when we realized how much work he was doing behind the scenes to assist us. In addition to his in-depth knowledge, he is simply a joy to work with--always available, always ready with the right answer, and always ready to laugh at one of my corny jokes. One additional aspect that may not be readily apparent is that he's going to work equally hard for his client no matter the price point or status. He's just as dedicated to a first-time, low-budget sale as he is to a client seeking a multi-million dollar property.

Jim made the selling experience easier. He stopped by multiple times as needed, carefully explaining all the legalese. He staged the home and got us multiple offers in a tough market. I highly recommend him as a realtor.
