Jim did a wonderful job in having my mother’s house sold quickly with multiple realtors showing the house that achieved the sale much quicker . He was very professional, efficient, was in touch with me often or if I had questions. I would highly recommend Jim and if/when I sell my present house or buy another home, I would call Jim.

On the tour of the property I ended up purchasing, Jim insisted that the 23 year old furnace looked like it was in good shape, and that it stood a good chance of lasting 30 or even 40 years. It died within 3 months. Jim's estimate for my property taxes were low by about 25%. Jim insisted that the single vent in the breezeway would heat adequately. The breezeway is about 15-20 degrees colder than the rest of the house in winter. I am not satisfied and would not recommend Jim.

It was a privilege and a pleasure to have Jim's efforts and guidance. At our first meeting, before he had seen the property or even had a contract, he had collected a ton of information about the area, codes and regulations, property values, likely areas for listing, and more. He patiently walked me through every step of the process, answering all my questions (and repeating the answers as needed), and advising me on how to prepare the home for showing. Jim moved very quickly and went out of his way to help with the paperwork and required signatures, making the experience of selling the property from two states away painless and more than satisfactory.
