James showed himself to be the perfect gentleman and consummate professional every step of the way. From the very first time we contacted him by email to meeting him in person when we came out to the area to view various resale homes and new build developments, James was always helpful with information regarding the particular properties and area. Once we decided upon a new build with Woodside Homes at Sommers Bend in Temecula, he continued to support and guide us throughout the months-long purchasing process until our January 31st closing. He reviewed any and all relevant documents and answered any questions we had, helping with his expertise especially when things were unclear or frustrating. Whole-heartedly and without reservation, I can recommend James Shelby to anyone looking to purchase a home here in this area of Southern California.

James’ attention to detail, communication, professionalism, and real estate expertise is second to none. We originally came across James via his Temecula themed YouTube videos… reached out to him shortly after relocating to Temecula… and James helped us find a home that was exactly what we were looking for amidst a low inventory market. And he was able to negotiate a significant difference between our offer amount and the appraisal to our advantage. Could not say more great things about James as a real estate agent and person; highly recommend!

James Shelby was referred to me through a mutual friend after a very unfortunate experience though a different agent. He made my home buying experience absolutely amazing. I highly recommend James Shelby and his team for any of your real estate needs. Even while I’ve as stationed overseas, James was awesome to work with and ensured our needs were being met in the process of selling our house. I was extremely impressed with his professionalism and the way he conducted business, he is extremely knowledgeable about the housing market in the valley and his marketing skills were top notch. I was not surprised one bit when he was able to sell our house in less than a week and above asking price as well. If you’re looking for a realtor in the Temecula valley area, you will not be disappointed with James and his team.
