It wasn't smooth, due to the timing of the market it was quite the rollercoaster ride to be honest, but that's exactly why I can recommend Britney Ramey with 100% confidence. Her professionalism and attentiveness was bar none, and I wouldn't go through this process again with anyone else. I was a first time seller and completely overwhelmed to the process of selling my home of 50 years. From the first meeting it already felt as if Britney was an old friend. It was important to me that I be as informed and integral to this process as reasonably possible. I wanted a trustworthy partner and that's exactly what I got. The amount of time she put into walking me through this stressful process was so appreciated. She was always available and quickly responded to any of my questions especially during my many existential crises lol. She has high standards and ethics, going as far wanting to pay for a broken window caused by an errant rock thrown by the gardeners weed wacker. I wasn't willing to allow that of course and it all luckily worked out in the end to our favor. I was an emotional client with high expectations and she met every one and even went above and beyond traditional realtor responsibilities. Britney is a truly outstanding agent as well as an exceptional person and I would recommend her to anyone!

Britney was incredible working with us to get our dream home. We were very particular about what we wanted and she stuck by us through the whole process. She is very knowledgeable and trust worthy. I would highly recommend her.

Britney did an OUTSTANDING JOB helping us select our home. ?? Britney treated us like family and my concerns were hers. This was my 3rd purchase and it was the most relaxing and easy experience I’ve had. We definitely want Britney expertise in our next purchase.

Britney was so helpful! She held my hand through the whole process and was super quick to respond to my MANY questions any time of the day. She gave me her honest opinions and was able to recommend solutions to anything that popped up. She knew a LOT about the Ventura County market!! Having her there was like house hunting with a good friend.

Extremely knowledgeable, very flexible with timing, extremely professional and friendly. Would definitely recommend 10/10 stars. She found me a very good deal even during covid.
