James was a wonderful agent. Our house was on the market for one year before we met James. We discussed what he would do to help us sell the house. Everything was exactly as he said it would be. The photos were top notch, the listings were perfect and the brochure was fantastic. The house sold fairly quickly and from start to finish with James it was a wonderful experience. If I had questions, he got back to me with the answers in a timely manner. I just wish it didn't take a whole year to discover James.
