James was just great, I felt like he was a lifelong friend. I highly recommend him as his knowledge about the market for real state was always spot on. We had a buyer back out of a deal 1 hour before closing but James calmed me down and he resold my home within 3 days. There where offers the very first day but he advised me to wait and see if more would come in. Several had contingences and his advice was to take the one with none. He always answered his phone and answered all my questions, even when sometimes it was kind of late evening. Always on time and never in a bad mood, I trust James completely as a real estate agent and friend.

He is professional and personable. He is there when you need him and explains when you have questions. He has my highest recommendation ! My house sold for above asking price. I had offers 2 days after listing it. He led me through the entire process and always returned calls and texts.
