James was an outstanding professional at all times. My wife and I are older and are very specific in what we wanted from a house. James took us to every house we wanted even when he knew we wouldn't go for them because he knew what to look for. He helped us for months, through the problems of being outbid and denials of veteran loans until we found our new home. He knew most of the sellers and builders and let us know his opinions without pushing us away from "questionable" refurbished houses....he was right in every case. He kept working with us even after the sale and guided us step by step. Even when the first 2 places we worked on fell through because they didn't meet our standards.
