Our realtor, Peggy, treated us like family from the very start. We met with her once to see the property in person, then filled out preliminary papers in a neutral location. We then proceeded to follow her lead, filling out and signing forms from out of state. Any time I got a little agitated or worried, Peggy reassured me that I was doing just fine and we'd get it all done. I needed that kind of treatment to get through the ordeal by myself. She has continued to keep up with us, a full month after we moved in. Peggy now says she's my honorary neice! Thanks for everything.

Peggy is a highly competent realtor who helped us navigate a home purchase a few years back in a competitive market. We enjoyed working with so much, we asked her to be our listing agent a few years later when we moved. She is professional, responsive and helpful. JAM Real Estate recently handled the sale of my Santa Fe home. They priced the home such that we had 30 showings in 5 days and a well-attended open house. I needed to keep the traffic in the house to a minimum, and Six showings accordingly. Six days later we were reviewing 8 offers 2 at list and 6 above list. We were under contract in 10 days.
