Jackie from the start was great, very patient, professional, and supportive. During my process Jackie handled all of my changes and curveballs that I threw at her with quick responses and never skipping a beat with showing me houses that fit to my liking. Jackie was a great professional to have on our side during the sale of our home. She brought in experts to help with staging, and provided excellent advice throughout the process. It seemed she was working 24/7 as she was always available for our questions & concerns. Within 36 hours of putting the house on the market, we had over 30 viewing, and 7 hard offers. Highly recommended!

Our family worked with Jackie on two separate occasions. First when we first moved to the area to find a rental and then again when we decided to buy. Jackie was very patient as she showed us a number of properties and with each one wanted to understand what we liked and didn’t like. When it came to negotiating an offer her advice was spot on. We ended up beating out other offers because we followed her instructions on crafting the strongest offer possible. We would give Jackie our highest possible recommendation.

Jackie has excellent communication skills. We were kept in the loop about all areas of the selling process and she was always easy to contact. She had many good ideas about preparing the home for sale. Things that I never would have realized. The whole selling process took about 2.5 months and I believe that Jackie had a sincere interest in getting the house sold in an expedited manner. Finally, if there was a need for any service to be performed on the house, she had a comprehensive list of reliable pros to get things right.

Jackie was absolutely wonderful! We purchased our very first home in the middle of the first Covid lockdown and Jackie was a lifesaver. She showed us dozens of homes, helping us narrow down what we wanted and pointing out the pros and cons of each place we visited. We greatly appreciated her expertise in determining which properties were a good price. She was extremely responsive to all the calls and questions from two nervous new home-buyers. Besides her real estate prowess, Jackie was also so fun to hang out with and made the whole process less stressful and more exciting.
