Katie was great. She was in a hard place with how the market was but we still got into our home timely and with low stress. She checked all our boxes, big garage, good sized yard, decent square footage, decent price, and all in the post covid market that was overpriced.

Greg and Kelly did a fantastic job. Im very straight forward and knew what I wanted from the jump. They got us in contact extremely fast and even was able to find a 2nd lending agent as the first one didn't work out to well. Extremely nice couple and would fully recommend.

My wife and I worked with Mayar as our realtor to buy our first home together and she was great. The best way to describe her would be tenacious but not pushy. She was really knowledgeable during the whole process and let us know what we had to do and when. She gave us recommendations for services along the way, but also always recommended I shop around for services. The recommendations that we went with ended up being great. She was also really good about letting us make our own offer decisions/negotiations and giving her input when we asked for advice. When some things came up from inspections about structural changes, engineering plans, and permit closure, I came to find out she had already followed up with phone calls to the engineering team, construction company, and the town for proof of permit closure and got it all taken care of, in the time that I sent 1 email to the town (and I wasn't slow about it either)! Overall really really great to work with. She got us the house we wanted, for the price we wanted, and some extras in closing costs/other negotiations along the way. Thanks Mayar!
