Jayden is an absolute rock star—and we couldn’t have asked for a better real estate agent. From start to finish, she was absolutely amazing. She helped us sell our townhome and buy our single-family home in Layton, and she made every step of the process effortless. What really blew us away was how she showed up—in the middle of her day, even while caring for her sick puppy, she tackled issue after issue with the other side’s agent (who, let’s just say, tested all of our patience). She went above and beyond, even showing up at our buyer’s house herself to sand and paint so their buyer could qualify for an FHA loan. Ashley was amazing, it was our first time buying a home and ran into a lot of unusual barriers but no matter what she was right there accommodating everything and finding the best options for us. We never thought we would be able to be homeowners epically at our age but she made it happen and I wouldn’t have wanted any other realtor. She made the experience a lot better.
