If it weren’t for Maria, I think I would have settled for a property that didn’t meet my needs or wants. I had no idea what to expect going into the home buying process and honestly I didn’t know if was even within my means to buy a home. However, Maria made it clear that we would make it happen. Not only did she help me find avenues and different opportunities for first time home buyers, she helped me set my sights on finding the place that was what I wanted rather than setting for what was in my uninformed idea of my budget. Everything from lenders to insurance to inspectors, Maria had great recommendations for who to go to. There were some unexpected surprises along the way, but Maria was there supporting me the whole way. Now I’m happier than I could have imagined with my condo and I couldn’t have done it without her.

Simply put, Spencer and team made the process of selling our downtown condo a breeze. The effort put into marketing the property and responsiveness in updates during the process, including negotiating and closing the deal, made what can be a daunting and stressful experience the exact opposite. The reason you hire a real estate agent is to get the service and treatment Spencer and team provided us. Can’t recommend him enough.
