Jack Klemm recently sold my house in Tracy, CA. The market is very difficult and unstable right now, but Jack pulled it off. I was extremely satisfied with his high level of professionalism and the care he took in involving me in every step. He can shoot back an email response faster than anyone! He was warm and helpful, yet competent and experienced. I felt like I was his only client. I'd recommend Jack to anyone in the Tracy/Mountain House/Manteca area. He's the best.

Jack Klemm is the consummate professional real estate broker/agent and undisputed frontrunner of everything real estate related with whom I've had the privilege of working. I have sold several properties over the years and when interviewing a number of agents I was looking for someone I felt comfortable engaging with, who I knew I could trust, with a good track record and who had many positive reviews; someone knowledgeable and someone who is a seasoned professional. I had been receiving Jack's monthly newsletters for well over two years and knew in advance he is well informed with an intimate knowledge of relevant statistics and data. After meeting Jack the first time, it was a "no brainer" that working with him would be in my very best interests. In retrospect, Jack met and far exceeded my expectations. Above all, Jack has integrity, is honest to a fault, trustworthy, courteous and authentic. Professionally, his decisions, strategies and tactics are well informed by his vast experience and knowledge of market data, statistics and trends. Everything he recommended proved to be the wisest and everything he suggested proved to be the correct choice - bar none. He was reassuring, responsive and reliable throughout the selling process, which was flawless from start to finish. You can't go wrong with Jack. He is one of the top realtors in Tracy, CA and after working with him to sell our house I can tell why! When we decided to sell our house, he was patient with us while we got it in tip-top shape to put on the market. Once it was on the market it sold in one-weekend! The entire process was seamless and efficient. Jack's communication was top notch, he treated us like we were his only client and was always available to answer our questions we had. The services he provides on top of selling your home is something I haven't had with our realtors and it was greatly appreciated. You will NOT regret working with Jack.

We knew its going to be Jack helping us selling house from 1st meeting and we are extremely happy with his service! Our property was sold within 1st week and entire process was easier than buying a car! He is professional, reliable and trustworthy ! Highly recommending him to anyone needing real estate service!

I had the pleasure of working with Jack for the sell of my house in Mountain House. During our initial conversation, he arrived professional and prepared with a full pamphlet of comps, sell pricing, and his offerings (loved it) but this isn’t what sold me. I spoke with a few realtors and since I am an avid googler and yelper, I checked out his reviews. What sold me into working with him as my realtor is his responses to issues that have occurred at his firm and the way he responded…he took accountability, rectified the situations, and remained professional. These qualities paid off during my sell. He responded almost immediately to all my questions, concerns, and doubts. Jack literally held my hand through the entire process while giving me space to make the decisions I thought was best for my family and I. Only hiccup is, Jack doesn’t work outside of the tri-valley area.
