Tim & Irena made our purchasing process a pleasant experience. We were not in a hurry to buy as we were shopping for an investment property and were determined to cover all our bases before making a decision. Never once did either of them make us feel pressured or like they tired of showing us more properties. With Irena's laid back approach and Tim's knowledge of the local area as a native himself, we feel this made for the perfect combination to meet our needs.

Irina was on top of all things. This was my first time buying property and it was my first house. I did not have any experience and Irina helped me with everything, I felt like I could ask her any questions and she was happy to answer all of them. Also, Irina was very prepared for showing every property, she was very knowledgeable about each house we looked at (its neighborhood and area). I have a very positive experience and as a result, I got a perfect house for my family.

Irena (and Tim) did a fantastic job assessing the house, suggesting repairs and encouraging us to make needed upgrades.
