Four years ago we bought our first house with Holly. She was recommended by a friend, and we immediately recommended her to other friends looking to buy. We would absolutely choose to work with Holly again! She was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, negotiated on repairs, kept our budget and key home needs in mind, and walked us through every step. Working with her was a great experience. We asked a lot of questions and she answered each one. She gave us time to review documents and information, and while she communicated important timelines, and the state of the market, she never pressured us to sign or make a choice. She also clearly knows the region well. We had a great experience, thank you Holly!

We were committed to finding a new home in the Pioneer Valley - 3 months to search the Spring listings and make an offer. Where to start? After interviewing a few local realtors, we selected Holly Young from Delap. From the first questions we asked, we were sure Holly was the best to help us. We were given more than just answers - we were provided strategies, logic, and insight that only comes from a true professional. Holly clearly knows the current market, and met us personally at every listing we wanted to see. Never any push-back, attitude, or awkwardness no matter how many questions / concerns / emails / texts / last minute apprehensions we threw at her. (And we had quite a few!) Her online MLS listings came fast and made choosing which homes to see easy. She handled the listing agents, bid offers, and any setbacks with grace and aplomb. AND, she's an incredibly nice person to boot! We clearly see her as a close friend now. Made the whole process as streamlined as could be. Can't recommend her enough!!! 5 stars.

From the moment Holly met with us, she became a champion of our house, and did everything possible to smoothly facilitate the very emotional process of selling our home of 28 years. Holly is professional, knowledgeable, and communicative. She had a keen sense of the value of our home in the current real estate climate, kept track of all the details, answered any questions that we had (nothing too small or too silly!), solved any problems that arose with a calm energy that put us at ease, and on top of it all is just a super nice and good person. We can’t recommend Holly highly enough!!!

Holly was our buyers agent for a recent home purchase and she was wonderful to work with. She has extensive knowledge of the local real estate market, knows contractors who were able to estimate potential costs, and was extremely helpful at negotiating a fair price. We were traveling out of town during part of the offer process and Holly was very comfortable working remotely through calls, texts, and emails. When we were back in town, she was equally responsive to meet in person. She saved us a lot of money by helping us understand potential costs and advising us on an offer that reflected the condition of the home. I enthusiastically recommend her!

Very highly recommended. Holly found perfect buyers for our two homes and helped us buy a new condo. She was wonderful to work with. Tons of experience, knowledge. Led the process from beginning to end. Strategic thinker. Excellent target-marketing skills. Very responsive. Excellent communicator. No detail left undone. Made us feel like we were her only clients. So glad we crossed paths with Holly.
