Holly did a great job for us. She convinced us to go much higher on asking price than the other three agents we interviewed, and then she came through. Further, she was always available and supported by an attentive team. They were especially adapt at “staging the home”. After we had an accepted offer, Holly and her team were excellent at handling small things that would have been a pain for us. These included emergency repairs to damage by movers, cleaning, coordination with legal, and movement of funds. Working with Holly and her team was a smart move.

Holly was phenomenal!! She was not only very knowledgeable about the area of my home I was looking to sell, but her strategy is on point! Holly was outstanding throughout every step of the process. We were looking for a house for a long time and within a couple of months of hiring Holly, we are very happy in our new home. Her intimate knowledge of the areas, school districts, the houses in general and just every step of the process was invaluable. Another real benefit to hiring Holly is that she knows just about everyone in the market, and can point to houses before they’re even on the market, giving us a leg up on any competition. Her knowledge of offers, what something is worth and where you need to be to win keeps anyone from making the mistake of not being competitive enough or not being too competitive. My wife and I cannot recommend Holly and her team enough.
