I recently listed my 2 family house in the Bronx with Hermi Aquino. I could not be happier with the results. Hermi did an excellent job from start to finish. From when I first met Hermi, he was knowledgable, professional, responsive and has excellent communication and negotiation skills. He was able to get me higher offers than I thought I could obtain. I made more money on my sale due to Hermi being my agent. The next time I sell or buy a house, I will be sure to use Hermi and so should you. Hermi gets my highest recommendation.

Hermi was amazing from the start to finish of selling my home. I was matched to him by a top agent website and he completely fit the description. Hermi kept me informed every step of the way and made the process extremely smooth. He has a very calm and confident presence. I would recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home.
