His dedication, creativity, and genuine commitment went far beyond what I ever expected from a realtor. He didn’t just list my home — he promoted it with real enthusiasm. He sold ice cream at open houses to draw in more visitors and create a fun, welcoming atmosphere. He even spent Thursdays at the local farmers market passing out flyers and personally connecting with people to spread the word. On top of that, he made sure my home was showcased beautifully on Zillow and every major platform, maximizing visibility at a time when the market wasn’t doing sellers any favors. Haydn provided a comprehensive assessment of the central Spokane area prior to listing the property including specific knowledge related to areas near. Gonzaga. The procerss from pre listing preparation, strategy, listing of property, showings, negotiating offers and closing was efficient and well managed. We were able to accomplish the majority of the work virtually. We particularly valued Haydn's responsiveness, direct and virtual guidiance, and team support. We highly recommend when considering real estate transactions in Spokane and would use again.

My wife and I were first time homebuyers, and we searched long and hard to find an agent. There are plenty of "salesmen" out there but we wanted someone smart, methodical, and with a rock solid process that would make us feel supported through a brand new (and complicated) experience. After speaking with a number of agents, Haydn was the obvious choice. And after closing on our home, I can say I was genuinely impressed with both Haydn and Morgan. They were very responsive, communicative, empathetic, helpful, and in tune with our desires and requests. Every step of their process is meticulous - they were always one step ahead of me and I never had to worry that a single detail would get missed. I hope we are in our home for a long time, but if we ever need a realtor again then I would call up Hadyn and Morgan in a heartbeat.

We interviewed 3 agents before deciding to work with Haydn, based on his presentation, market knowledge, communication style and energy. By the end of the process, we were as impressed as at the start. He was responsive and explained things clearly. We trusted his insight when it came to our list price, and our house was in contract within a week for over-asking. His marketing was amazing - beautiful photos which showed up online and in professional brochures, professional drone photos, 3D tour, floor plans, and a presentation video in which he showed and spoke about the house on camera. He recommended an excellent stager, understanding our budget and that we were still living in the house. We had a million questions and more than a little anxiety, all of which Haydn handled promptly and without any sign just the right amount of handholding. Haydn’s team was also wonderful. Jerald, who handles the paperwork, was friendly, ready and able to answer questions. Morgan handled our open house. We didn’t meet her, but she left our home in pristine condition and gave useful feedback to us via Haydn. All in all, we cannot recommend Haydn and his team highly enough, and would absolutely with him again.
