Jennifer's weekly updates, and sometimes mid week, kept me up to date on the status of things as we navigated through the process. Working with Harry and Liz was arguably one of the best decisions made in a lifetime. From the moment we met with them both, they were transparent, honest, and not money hungry. They were confident in their abilities to sell our home at a price we would be happy with. They put their money where their mouth was and earned every cent. I cannot even begin to describe how awesome Liz and Harry are! From the moment we sat down with them, until the date of our closing day, they worked hard and fought for us every step of the way. We had the privilege of both selling our family home with them and I bought my first home with them as well. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They truly care, treat you like family, and are always available to answer any questions! I highly recommend them, along with all of their associates that handled every step of our realty needs! They are the best!!! Such a great team!!!

Being the first time selling a home I was apprehensive about the whole process. Harry and the team did everything to put my mind at ease and make the whole ordeal as easy as possible for me. I had a 1950 home that I wanted to list for sale. I was doing a few interviews and Harry came recommended by a friend so decided to give him a chance. We shook hands the same day he visited to see the home. Team aggressive is next level real state. No fluff, no nonsense, just straight facts of what you need to hear / know, straight and fair negotiations, and a white glove service end to end. Mind you, the process wasn't a smooth sail (first buyer wanted to have the house pretty much rebuilt when nothing major came back in the inspection) but Harry and Liz were immediately supportive when I told them to kill the contract and got me a backup offer ready within hours. I was able to connect to a friendly and trustworthy buying agent in a different state plus the people I needed for special inspections thanks to Harry's connections, and I even managed to get a much lower interest rate thanks to Landy, who also came highly recommended from Harry. I recommend team aggressive wholeheartedly, it is truly a pleasure working with them.
