I can not find words to describe my first home-buying experience with Hany Barakat. He is very honest, very passionate, and treated me like a brother. As a first buyer, it took me almost two years of showing and never heard any complaints from Hany. You can go with Hany with a peace of mind because he takes it personal as if he buying for himself. He is not from that kind that pushes you for his commission, in fact, he recommends if the house is not worth it. Hany is very knowledgeable with contracting background and experience. He explains everything in details, the advantages and disadvantages. He points out the good and bad and recommends what is needed to get it fixed along with an estimate of the cost. Hany was there for me along the journey and even after the deal was completed. If you are in the market, Hany is the right man and you will not regret having Hany as your agent. Thank you Hany for everything you done for me.

awesome experience. its great to work with a professional who also is a real family man. So you get knowledge along with compassion about your purchase. Its also a definite plus that he has a contracting background, so he can pointe out some advantages and disadvantages of home repairs so that you know exactly what you are getting into with no surprises. Thank you for finding my family's home and selling my home as well. Definitely recommend this realtor if you are looking for a pleasant home buying experience.
