Our experience working with Guy Williams was great. He helped us sell my in-law's house in The Villages after they both passed. We were so overwhelmed at first living 12 hours away knowing we were going back to The Villages only one time to prepare the house to be sold. A friend recommended Guy to us and what a blessing that was. We were dealing with so many probate and legal problems. Guy lead us through every problem taking so much stress off of us. I cannot express enough how much we appreciated everything he did for us. No doubt our situation was more than a handful, he took care of us like a pro every step of the way.

My mother-in-law was in the market selling her home since she was moving to assisted living. She insisted on using REMAX as her realtor company. We found Guy Willams that was such a pleasure to work with and very patient explaining each step. He was knowledgeable about the market within her subdivision. Guy was always available to answer our questions, and quick on all actions that occurred. We would highly recommend Guy to anyone looking to sell or purchase a new home.

My dad recommended Guy who worked with him on selling his house in the Villages. Guy was very informative, great on communication, and helped us a lot since we sold our house remotely. He contacted a handyman to make minor fixes for us. Kept us up to date on showings. Highly recommend!

We have never met a Real Estate person that is as good as Guy. There is not one thing that we can complain about. Always there when we contacted him. We have purchased 9 homes in several cities and not one Realtor has come close to matching Guy. It was by coincidence we chose him. A relative met him as she was starting to help us search for a home in The Villages. She called me immediately after meeting him and knew in a few minutes how great he would be. Hate to sound mushy, but he gets the job done completely and we Highly Recommend Guy.

Guy takes tremendous pride in his profession and it was exemplified in our experience! We have worked together on the sale of two homes in The Villages. The consistency of his attention to the details of our sale and his understanding of the needs of both the seller and buyer are unparalleled. In our opinion he went over and above on both of our experiences and we are grateful to have had the opportunity to work with him.
