Guthrie was extremely helpful to my husband and I in our home search. He was quick, patient, and supportive as we looked at many houses over the course of several months. He was steadfast in his positivity and support. We ultimately found the perfect house and with his advice on the offer was able to make it happen. During the inspection process, Guthrie had many contacts that were able to get into the house and give us estimates for intended work we wanted done. They were able to start work immediately and have been very professional. We enjoyed working with Guthrie very much and would recommend him to anyone looking for a home in the Louisville area!
