Cassidy was the perfect realtor and I’m glad I made my choice to go with Mountain Luxury Properties. She was attentive, knowledgeable about the neighborhoods, and made sure to show me way more properties than I planned to look at so I could really see what was available in my price range to make sure I was making the right choice. My budget was on the lower end of what Tahoe has to offer, and she had no ego and prioritized me as if I was buying a $23m property. She made closing a breeze and was available to answer any questions I had about the area, utilities, and finding contractors after closing.

I am a first time home buyer and Cassidy was THE PERFECT agent to work with. She is extremely well versed in local market knowledge, has great attention to detail, and was very responsive throughout the whole process. As a first time home buyer, she really made me feel like no question was a dumb question, and helped guide us along the way. In the beginning, we let her know what we were looking for in a house and she sent relevant listings to us as they hit the market. Her vast connections in the realty world also helped to unveil some crucial information about the property that we used in our negotiations. Our offer was accepted within 24 hours, and Cassidy jumped on the paperwork and discovery right away... she helped us with everything from paperwork, to shoveling & arranging inspections, and in the end she came to celebrate with keys & tequila! Over a year later, and looking at the market around us, we still feel like we got a SCORE of a deal on our dream home, and it really was all thanks to Cass. She is an amazing human, and I enjoyed getting to know her even more through the escrow process. I honestly don't think there is a more hard working real estate professional in town, Cassidy embodies excellence, and she will work miracles for you, as she did for us!

Working with Cassidy Jackson was truly a wonderful experience. I had a lot of questions and uncertainties, but Cassidy made the entire process feel manageable and even exciting. She took the time to clearly explain each step and was always available to guide me through the details. Her professionalism was evident throughout the process. She consistently followed up with businesses to make sure inspections and paperwork were completed on time. What really stood out to me was the care she showed even after the sale was finalized. Cassidy went above and beyond to support my family and me through some unexpected complications, and she handled everything quickly. It’s clear that she does this work not just with expertise, but with heart. I’m so grateful we had her in our corner and would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone buying a home.

Working with Cassidy to find our first home was amazing! She was super patient as we figured out the right timing and what exactly we were looking for. Her guidance was key as we were moving to an area that was new for us and also were first-time buyers. I am confident our experience was so smooth because of Cassidy. Her thoughtful and professional approach made what could very well be intimidating process, feel really comfortable. I would happily work with Cassidy again and again!

Greg and his team at Mountain Luxury were fantastic - so glad we chose to work with them to buy our home in Tahoe!
