We are so grateful to have worked with Greg on the buying and selling of 3 properties in South Lake Tahoe. Our only complaint is that he's not able to work in other markets because we need him! He is smart, extremely skilled with strategy and negotiation, and just an all-around good human. Cassidy is super organized, attentive, and keeps everything dialed. I really cannot say enough good things about working with these two. Truly the very best! They care - about their clients and about the process going smoothly for everyone involved. Greg and Cassidy did a thoroughly professional job selling my brother's Gardner Mountain house for us while we were in Arizona. It was listed for under $500,000 so I wondered how much attention it would get, among Greg's multi-million dollar listings. We were pleased that he took it step by step. He positioned the property by highlighting its strengths and in the process found the perfect buyer, about a week after it was listed, at a price was one we both sides were happy with... I met Greg about three years ago on one of his listings. Since then we have stayed in touch and he has been keeping me informed about the market area I was interested in. We made offers on a few properties within this period and none became reality till this past month we finally put a property in escrow. I am very pleased with his effort to keep in touch all this time and not give up on me. Greg is an experienced professional who knows his business and truly looks out for the client's best interest.
