There aren't enough stars to leave an accurate rating because Greg Salley is truly one-of-a-kind. He is professional, knowledgeable, dedicated, and caring. The home buying process with Greg was such a pleasure from start to finish and we were able to go through it with total confidence because we knew our agent was completely in our corner and had our best interests at heart. The information, support, and guidance we received from Greg throughout our home search was invaluable and something that we will undoubtedly seek again in the future. The fact that Greg came highly recommended to us from a close friend, and that we have since recommended him to family, speaks for itself.

I met Bob at a house showing when I was first starting to explore buying in the Frederick area. I was a first-time homebuyer and new to the process. I was immediately impressed by Bob's knowledge of the local market and shortly after signed an agreement to work together as buyer and agent. From start to finish, Bob was responsive, reliable, and helpful, managing all the requests for showings I wanted and getting me in to see everything as quickly as possible (critical in this market). Bob had a good understanding of what I wanted and helped save me time in a few instances as well. Once we started making offers on places, Bob made sure I understood everything I was signing and what it meant, and his guidance on making attractive offers was absolutely necessary to secure the deal when we finally did. I would not be in the beautiful home I got without his help in that area. Legitimately, Bob walked alongside me on every step of the journey, fielding all of my (many) questions with constant professionalism, expertise, and much appreciated humor in some instances. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone and if I ever buy again in this area, Bob would be my first phone call.

Rebecca Littleton is an Awesome wonderful very detail oriented, real estate She stayed on top of everything, even with a very difficult situation. I was always kept informed, even when it wasn't easy for her to relay the information. Great agent, wonderful person. From listing to closing Rebecca was always available for questions and concerns. The buyers agent in our transaction was not the best, so Rebecca stepped up her level of professionalism and handled all the problems. Highly recommend.

Rebecca gets the job done, period! I purchased my home through her 3 years ago, and just sold the same home through her a month ago. Everything went according to plan, and my house was under contract within 2 days of listing it. She went through all of the steps, and handled everything along the way. Please do not hesitate to use Rebecca if you are buying or selling a home.

Ginger was amazing from beginning to end! This was our first time buying a home and she made it so easy for us. From showing us the house to everything in between she went above and beyond. I truly believe that if it were anyone else helping us that we wouldn’t be in the process of moving into our beautiful, new home! We are forever grateful to her!
