Gina is top notch. Her expertise and professionalism are outstanding. She was with us every step of the way. Explained to us everything in detail and answered all of our many questions. Gina was so knowledgeable and helpful in each step of our sale. She listened to our concerns and desires and helped us understand what we needed to do in each part of the process. Her team is professional and experienced. Their expertise in staging and photography was wonderful! We were able to easily access Gina even when the timing was late or on the weekend! We always felt like we were Gina’s number one priority. We could speak our worries or ideas and Gina listened and helped us negotiate with integrity. Would we recommend Gina and her team? Gina was so helpful right from our very first meeting! I was coming from out-of-state and Gina explained the process clearly and answered all my questions. She set up homes for me to tour and listened to my feedback. Gina helped me go through the inspection process and also went the extra mile to be at appointments with the builder for me after I had returned to my home state. I felt that she really wanted me to be happy here in my new "home town"!
