Gina is fantastic. We spent so many weekends touring houses and Gina was always had great honest advice; as well as tons of knowledge about everything from neighborhoods, to potential issues that may arise in each of the homes. In this difficult market, she helped us buy our first home under list price! She was always willing to answer questions and always had prompt responses. She made the home buying process easy, and went above and beyond for us every step of the way. I cannot recommend her enough!

Gina was very helpful in my wife and I finding our first home. She was available anytime we had any questions or concerns. She answered all of our questions very quickly. We spent lots of time touring many homes as our price range was very quickly turning over and active for new buyers. Gina was sending us home we would like all the time and arranging tours. We finally found our lovely home in Lake Stevens! Gina was great! We will be recommending her to all of our friends looking to buy or sell their home!

It was a real pleasure working with Gina and we couldn't ask for more. She was there every step of the way and took care of all the issues we were having. She kept us updated and our concerns were always address in a timely manner. We had a "key" incident and she waited for 2 hours at the house till the issue was resolved. That shows her commitment to her customers. If you are looking for a real estate agent, stop your search because you just found your agent.

Gina listed and sold our home for $40,000 more than other agents wanted to list it. She is professional and her pictures and advertisements we’re very effective. Our homes sold fast and she negotiated well with the buyers tough agent. So thankful we chose Gina for our agent. We moved out of state and she handled more than we expected making sure that everything went smooth. Would recommend her in a heartbeat.
