We were first time home buyers in a new area and we couldn't have gone with a better agent! Geri walked us through the whole process, gave honest personal opinions about home values, condition and location. Not only did she make herself readily available for numerous showings, but she was also patient and took the time to help us understand all of the nuances that come along with buying a home. After trying FSBO unsuccessfully we met and signed with Geri. She was a professional and responded to questions in a timely manner. She gave us an honest assessment of our home and what she felt the house would sell at. A little under two months we had a buyer for the price Geri originally suggested. You definitely want Geri as a member of your team when buying or selling your home. During our journey of selling our house and buying a new home we had interviewed several real estate agents and was quite impressed with Geri. She was extremely, knowledgeable, enthusiastic and fully understood our needs. On the sale of our house Geri identified some key repairs and minor upgrades that provided us with top dollar. After completing Geri's recommendations, she coordinated the photos and created the listings. At the same time she found the listing for our dream purchase. Within the first week we had purchased our new home and sold the old home. It was very stressful times and without Geri's help and knowledge we never could have coordinated both deals. Geri has always been attentive to any question or issues that came up. Geri really cares about her clients and is always available to help in anyway.
