Gene Hauck

Gene Hauck is a Real Estate Broker and REALTOR® with The Morales Group at Engel & Völkers Billings, Montana. Since 2022 he has closed 95 transactions totaling $37.6 million (as of October 2026). His practice has three parts: buyers relocating to Billings from other states (clients have moved with him from Hawaii, California and Alabama, often buying before they arrive, with video walkthroughs and inspection attendance on their behalf); residential investors buying rentals, small multifamily and value-add property in Billings and Yellowstone County, underwritten from Billings MLS rent and sales comparables; and home sellers in Billings, Laurel and the surrounding towns who want a numbers-first pricing and negotiation plan. Before real estate Gene spent nine years in the oilfield and three years in underground mining, and he owns rental property himself.
