Stephen Batman of Gate Arty is the consummate professional and so much more. Buying from out-of-state is normally a big task, but Stephen made the job easy. He was available on short notice to schedule a private showing of multiple homes, and he took great care in understanding what we were looking for in this market. Stephen was never too busy to answer our questions, and he has a keen understanding of the local market and appropriate negotiation strategies. Once we were under contract, Stephen coordinated with the title company and the seller on our behalf, leaving little to for to stress over. Quite frankly, the process went far smoother than I could have ever imagined, and we are still pinching ourselves over this experience. I would 100% recommend Gate Arty to future homebuyers, whether from in-state or out-of-state.
