Eddie is the agent you want on your side when buying your house. As first time homebuyers, he put us at ease during stressful times. He is also skilled at letting you know when a house is or is not the right pick for you, rather than trying to sell you the first and most expensive house you find. Eddie will be by your side through the whole process and you’ll come out the other end with a new friend. I highly recommend Eddie for new and seasoned buyers alike.

Eddie is a top person in his field and a delight to work with. He feels like a friend who has your best interest at heart and is there to help talk you off every ledge of the home buying and home selling process! He is very knowledgeable and always available to his clients. He listens to what you want, is always patient and shows complete professionalism through the process. Eddie was fantastic to work with and made our homebuying experience painless from start to finish. He sent us handpicked recommendations in addition to a well-filtered database to help us identify the home we wanted. And when we did find one, he was there to go through it with a fine-toothed comb, as was the team of experts he recommended as we got further in the process. Eddie was knowledgeable about what we should be on the lookout for in the home we were buying, which helped us avoid many unwanted surprises. He was also helpful in getting enrolled in a first-time homebuyer program, and negotiated effectively with the seller, which really helped our financing. Eddie was our go-to guy throughout the search and purchase process, and he was always ready to help. To this day, when we have a question that arises, he is super helpful in getting it sorted.
