Eddie was fantastic to work with and made our homebuying experience painless from start to finish. He sent us handpicked recommendations in addition to a well-filtered database to help us identify the home we wanted. And when we did find one, he was there to go through it with a fine-toothed comb, as was the team of experts he recommended as we got further in the process. Eddie was knowledgeable about what we should be on the lookout for in the home we were buying, which helped us avoid many unwanted surprises. He was also helpful in getting enrolled in a first-time homebuyer program, and negotiated effectively with the seller, which really helped our financing. Eddie was our go-to guy throughout the search and purchase process, and he was always ready to help. To this day, when we have a question that arises, he is super helpful in getting it sorted. Highly recommend.

Eddie was really helpful answering all questions I had as a first time home buyer. He was even able to get me into a showing with very little notice, usually just an hour or so from when I wanted to view it. Overall Eddie made the experience a lot less stressful then I was expecting.

Eddie helped us buy our first home in early 2024. He was so knowledgable about the local market and home buying process. We dragged him out to so many showings and asked a ridiculous amount of questions, and Eddie was happy to answer them all! He helped us with the home buying process, but also helped us understand our options and make the best decision for us. We have recommended Eddie to several of our friends already!

Eddie is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I was a first time home buyer and would have been completely lost without Eddie to help me through the process. He always showed up to appointments on time, was in constant communication with myself and the builder, and even was able to negotiate free blinds for me from the builder! If I ever want to sell or buy again Eddie will be the first person I call! I recommend him to anyone looking to buy, sell, or rent.

Eddie helped us sell our home and buy the next one. He regularly held open houses and was quick to ask for feedback from agents who showed it. We were very happy with the offer we received. When buying, it took several months and many showings for us to find the right home and Eddie was happy to show us anything we were interested in.
