Simply put, Eddie is amazing at what he does, and it’s very obvious that he’s passionate about it. My wife and I did not realize the value that a truly great real estate agent can provide to the home buying process until we worked with Eddie. I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants an agent that has an intimate knowledge of the Triangle, is extremely proactive and personable, and follows through.

Eddie did an outspend job working with us to sell our "childhood/parents' home of 63 years". Eddie was born in Wake County and knows the area (like riding a bike). He is knowledgeable in determining competitive selling price, while considering the sensitivity nature of our emotions and the sale. Eddie is high energy and very involved in all aspects of the closing and keeping us informed. He helped with any needs to make the closing work smoothly and very informative.
