Eddie made the purchase of our 2nd home (beach house) so easy. In addition to negotiating the offer he was able to get a few additional items taken care of after inspection. He is very good at explaining the required paperwork and had wonderful referrals for an insurance broker, a handyperson, painter and more! His follow up and attention to detail exceeded our expectations.

Eddie is the agent you want on your side when buying your house. As first time homebuyers, he put us at ease during stressful times. He is also skilled at letting you know when a house is or is not the right pick for you, rather than trying to sell you the first and most expensive house you find. Eddie will be by your side through the whole process and you’ll come out the other end with a new friend. I highly recommend Eddie for new and seasoned buyers alike.
