I had a unique property that had been on the market for some time before I hired Gary Gold to help with the sale. Gary was able to quickly assess the situation, get the property properly staged and marketed to the right buyers. Everything about my property was a challenge - but Gary and his team helped with the negotiations for the price and held my hand up until sale day. I am not local - he and his team had to do everything - including clearing permits. I can't thank him enough for the expertise he brought to my sale.

After working with other realtors that did not go well at all (not only no offers, but not even any showings on a gorgeous house), I was referred to Gary.
