She was knowledgeable and so helpful in guiding us through this process. She helpful us weight the pros and cons and all of our options. She was also very available when we called with questions. She developed a clear negotiation strategy and was pivotal in connecting me with the right lenders to get the best interest rate possible. As part of her negotiation, she was able to secure a seller-financed rate buydown and helped negotiate other concessions I would have never known were possible without her expertise.
