If I could give Spencer Gooden ten stars, I certainly would! This was my first experience selling and buying a home by myself from start to finish and Spencer walked with me each step of the way. He took my calls whenever I had a question and even when I didn’t and was just feeling anxious and needed to hear the voice of reason. Spencer even worked with the moving company to make sure that everything was taken care of! I don’t think I have ever met someone who worked so hard and with such integrity for their client. Ten stars and more!!

If I could give Holland 10 stars instead of 5, I absolutely would. She was a complete professional from start to finish and I am now a homeowner for the first time in my life because of her! I would say that she helped me buy a home, but in reality, it wouldn’t have even been possible without her. It only took us 3 days between first viewing the property to closing, and she made every step of the process as seamless as could be. She truly does know the area like the back of her hand, and negotiated the best purchase price on my behalf. I basically sat back and did absolutely nothing other than sign my name a few times, because she handled all of the things for me, and then some. I couldn’t be more grateful for the opportunity to work with her. She is not only a great realtor, but also a lovely person.
