Morgan was outstanding from the start of our house-hunting journey. My husband and I started off casually looking, not sure if we wanted to commit to buying a home just yet, and she was fabulous with showings and not pressuring us to make a decision. She was always knowledgeable about the homes she showed us, yet was open for all feedback and did not make us feel pressured to "like" every home. She helped find homes and also was accommodating in showing homes we found online as well - we eventually ended up taking the house hunting seriously so find our first home. We ended up with a home under contract that we both loved, but found that it had issues with the foundation. Morgan was so instrumental in negotiating with the homeowners' realtor in helping us find a solution, and did not back down on our dealbreakers. She communicated with us each step of the way and let us know what was going on during this whole process that we were new to. When we needed to find a new home due to that deal falling through, she was quick to pivot. We toured 3 homes in one day, and ended up putting in an offer on the last home which was accepted almost immediately. She is a true pro at negotiating, keeping us informed on the whole process with documentation needs, and followed up with any questions we had. She was always readily available for anything - a house we found, questions we had, concerns that arose, and more. She is kind, relatable, knows what she is talking about, and honestly made our entire homebuying experience much less stressful. I could not recommend Morgan more - she has become a friend through this experience.

Jamie did a great job and was extremely patient as we worked through a bunch of homes and a dynamic marketplace which kept shifting the landscape. She was attentive - but not over-bearing, she was super helpful in finding answers to all our questions if she did not know herself, and always found out the right answer rather than just make something up. I heartily recommend Jamie in the search for any real estate.
