My wife and I were wanting to move but weren't really sure how to make it a reality. We had started looking at homes on Zillow over 1 year ago and had met Wayne while touring a house. When we requested a tour on Zillow for our eventual purchase home, Wayne immediately reached out to us and got us started on the process of selling our current home and buying the new one. This was a good sign because Wayne's responsiveness was outstanding throughout the entire process of buying and selling. Wayne did a great job of providing resources and answering questions through each step. The pricing and listing he facilitated was spot on for showcasing and selling our house quickly in a saturated market. I would highly recommend Wayne for your real estate needs.

We bought a house that this realtor was selling. He listed the house as being on public sewer. Its also has all documents as public sewer. It was actually on septic tank and we found out 3 days after moving in because our basement bathroom started flooding from the septic tank. We had someone come out to verify that it was a septic tank. This realtor broke the law by stating that it was on sewer. An agent has to list a septic tank if there is one. He and the buyer knew this and decided to list as public sewer. We will be reporting him the the tennessee licensing board and contacting a lawyer.

Brittany was wonderful and the listing she posted was so phenomenal that we had an offer at asking price literally just hours after the listing went public! I had to sell my father-in-law's house after he passed and from the minute I met Brittany at the house I knew I wanted her as my realtor. She was so helpful throughout the whole process. I wasn't from the area and was handling the estate from Michigan. Brittany sent me company contacts for cleaning out the house and handling repairs that the buyer's lender required literally at the very last minute. There is no way I would have been able to close on time if it wasn't for her help procuring contractors and negotiating rates on repairs. Thank you, Brittany!!
