Katy was amazing throughout this entire process. We originally contacted her to buy another home and that did not work out due to the condition of that home. Katy stayed with us and kept finding homes for us; she found an answer every time we had a question. It is truly due to her that this process of buying a home was the least stressful it could be; because she did the heavy work. Communicated and coordinated with everyone; she always responded same day. We were so impressed and thankful to have met her. Her presence was a perfect blend; like a friend while we were touring houses and also the professional when it came to closing the deal! We knew that she wanted us to find our dream home.
