Our house went into contract within just 10 days after they stepped in, after sitting with another agent without results. They hosted multiple open houses, followed up with every potential buyer, and provided detailed reports after each showing so we always knew exactly what was happening. Their communication was incredible; responsive, proactive, and consistently on top of every detail. Valerie and Jamie’s dedication, professionalism, and work ethic truly stood out. From start to finish, Val and her team demonstrated unmatched professionalism, expertise, and dedication. When our deal nearly fell apart because the buyers’ financial institution stumbled, Val stepped in with calm, decisive guidance. She personally worked with the lender, navigating them through the necessary steps to ensure the deal could move forward. That intervention alone may have saved the entire transaction. Beyond her poise and leadership, Val’s extraordinary financial acuity sets her apart in a crowded field. She has a deep understanding of the real estate market—pricing models, trends, fluctuations, and broader economic conditions—that borders on uncanny. It’s like she has a sixth sense for where the market is headed and how best to pivot strategies when necessary. Jamie is absolutely-by far- the BEST agent around. She goes the extra mile down to every last detail. She’s works tirelessly to get the job done. She helped us buy our home and sell our home. She doesn’t just offer support to get all the paperwork done, she also dropped off moving boxes, got me moving quotes, provided me contacts for everything I needed to make our move seamless. When she listed our home, she created a timeline to keep me on track and followed up with all the tasks I needed to get done to stay on track. She would even come by every couple days to water my potted plants. I mean come on!! Exceptional service, really cares, and works to get your home sold. Moving is stressful so I really appreciated how she was quick to jump on a call and talk through all the things that needed to get done to get our home listed and sold. Our family is so blessed to have Jamie. She is well connected, works hard, and nothing is below her.

Jamie is amazing! Not only did she sell our house within a few days, her attention to detail, responsiveness, and overall sunny disposition was second to none. Jamie was always available to field questions and resolve concerns. From our experience, she’s clearly the best realtor. We hope to work with her again in the future!

I highly recommend Karen to anyone looking to buy or sell their house. She helped my husband and I sell our house and she also helped us buy our dream home. Her negotiation skills are incredible! She is very knowledgeable and very confident in her skills as a realtor. She told us she was going to sell our house quick and she did! She was very responsive and she also showed us quite a few houses. Karen was always willing to take us to look at houses anytime we found something we liked and she never pressured us into any deals! She gave us her opinion and let us make an informed decision. She got us the best deal we could have hoped for and she advocated for us when she felt we deserved more. I couldn’t recommend her enough! If we ever buy another house, we wouldn’t even considered working with anyone else! Thank you Karen for all of your hard work! We truly appreciate you!
