We just closed last week on a home in Durango and can’t speak highly enough of our realtor, Gabi Bergstrom. She was the ultimate professional throughout the entire process. She has all of the traits you would want in a realtor: highly experienced and knowledgeable with the Durango market, a great communicator, always accessible, very efficient and responsive, intelligent, friendly, and trustworthy! We are happy with the home we bought and the price we paid, and will definitely use her again for future transactions - either buying or selling. We are also referring her to our family and friends. Gabi is the best!

We have had the pleasure of working with Gabi on a few real estate transactions. We first met Gabi when we purchased our new home in Durango. Gabi actually was representing the Seller, i.e. she was the listing agent, not our agent on this purchase. We were extremely impressed with Gabi's professionalism, her attention to detail, availability, promptness to respond to questions, her honesty, and overall work ethic. Equally importantly, Gabi works very well with other agents on both sides of a transaction. We recently had the opportunity to purchase some vacant land and reached out to Gabi to represent us as the Buyers in this purchase. This was a very long and sophisticated transaction due to the need for the land to be replatted with the County. There were also multiple governing bodies in the development, which meant that there were many more association documents and rules involved with this purchase. Once again, and over the course of a year, Gabi tirelessly addressed any and all questions to allow for a smooth closing. Having now worked with Gabi on both sides of a sale, we can recommend Gabi for a Buyer or Seller. Buying or selling a home can be a very stressful process, but Gabi's calming personality, commitment to excellence, and knowledge of the real estate market will make this a great experience. We highly recommend Gabi, without hesitation, for any of your real estate needs.

I honestly do not know where to start… Throughout the entire home buying experience Gabi was nothing short of exceptional. She went above and beyond to ensure that we found not only a house, but a home that far exceeded our expectations. More importantly, Gabi treated my wife and I as friends and not as clients. If it is trust, respect, and honesty that you are looking for…look no further! Gabi provided space for us to be candid about our desired dream home, but also kept us honest. Although optimistic about our future home purchase, she was also very realistic in helping us manage our expectations. Given today’s market, it was extremely difficult to get what we truly wanted for the price range that we were looking at. However, with a little patience (ok a lot of patience), trial and error, determination, and a little luck we eventually found what has been a perfect first mountain home. Admittedly, as second time home buyers in a vastly different market the process was every bit as overwhelming as our first home buying experience if not more so. However, Gabi took us under her wings, and we took full flight. She helped us every step of the way; there was never any doubt in my wife and I’s minds as we knew that she ALWAYS had our best interest at heart. Her professionalism, experience in the Durango market, and unwavering support to her clients (friends) is second to none. In short, my wife and I could write a book on how much we loved working with and enjoyed going through this home buying experience with Gabi. We would rate her 10 out of 5 stars any day of the week! When the time comes to sell our current home and upgrade into a home more suitable for our future needs, we will most certainly be working with Gabi to complete both transactions (sale of our current home & the purchase of our new home). We will forever be grateful for her guidance and commitment to helping us find what has truly been a perfect first mountain home. Thank you so much Gabi; we appreciate you!

Gabi worked with my wife and I for nearly a year and a half through the process of finding the right home and ultimately builder. She was very thoughtful about the needs of our family and worked tirelessly to make sure we ended up with our dream home. Gabi is incredibly knowledgeable not only of the area but the builders, homes, and all of the contractors you may/will need in the process. We simply cannot say enough good things about our experience but to sum it up, Gabi listens to her clients and knows how to make your wishes a reality.
