Krista is amazing, I have too many words that I honestly have a lack of words that can express my gratitude to her. Krista knows how to do her job and every realtor should take a page out of her book. Whenever it felt like we were being jerked around by the sellers realtor, Krista was on top of it settling the ground. I went through 2 other realtors before I found Krista and she checked every box in what we were looking for in a realtor. Optimistic, kind, caring, and on her game! Should we ever be in the market again for a house I will not hesitate to use her and gosh forbid she's retired I would pull her out of retirement just to sell me a house or help sell ours. I will never use a different realtor.

Amber is an excellent realtor and helped us find and buy our dream home. She was super communicative and patient with all our questions and concerns along the way. We had quite the list of requirements in what we wanted from a home and she worked tirelessly with us until we foudn the right one! I will certainly be back for any real estate needs in the future and I recommend her to anyone!

Krista was incredibly responsive, always on top of things, and was there to guide my family every step of the way. She went above and beyond to ensure things got done, and really took so much burden off of us. It was a great experience working with her on the sale of my parents only home, which was very bittersweet. I’m not sure we could’ve done it without her.

Krista is a very engaged realtor who helped us throughout our entire experience of selling our parent’s house where we grew up and they lived for 63 years. From the beginning, Krista sat with us and described her recommended processes, and the help that she would provide and coordinate. She then guided us in preparing the house and all of its contents, and she was patient with us on removing things and cleaning and painting appropriate areas. She conducted an estate sale herself, and methodically organized and hired aspects of removing everything else left behind afterward. She even coordinated selling additional items. In the end, Krista coordinated the buyers’ and sellers’ teams and communicated with us all along the way. It turned out to be a good experience, and my family is forever grateful for her expertise, care, and work. She enabled us to quickly sell their house and get a good price for my parents to use in their new retirement home. Thank you Krista!

Karen was knowledgeable and responsive and helped us out together a competitive offer in this crazy market - our offer was accepted and we couldn’t be happier with our experience (and our new home)!
