Not an easy Easement . We could not be happier with Francine and her resolution of a sticky easement issue that resulted in the sale of our property! Francine did an outstanding job, her expertise was instrumental with the selling of our home. What started out as a cash offer ended up being a contingent offer from the buyers with a lot of complications and expense along the way. Francine didn’t let those complications get in the way of our closing and persevered and held them accountable for their lack of urgency and professionalism. We couldn’t have found a better agent, Francine went above and beyond in so many ways.
