Fio is incredible. She was assigned to us through Veterans' United and from that very first email we got from VU letting us know who our realtor was, she reached out practically within minutes to get the process started. She researched houses, took us on tours, and liaised with the seller's realtor every step of the way to make sure we not only got the house we wanted, but for the price we wanted, when we needed it. She went above and beyond to make sure she took care of us, answering questions any time, and even taking funds from her own fee to cover some expenses that were dropped by the seller. I can't recommend Fio enough.

Fio was absolutely amazing to work with. We weren’t in the area during our home search, and she went above and beyond; touring multiple homes for us and keeping us in the loop every step of the way. She was patient, dedicated, and truly determined to help us find exactly what we were looking for. And it paid off! We found the perfect home thanks to her persistence and care. We love her and are so grateful for everything she did for us.

We cannot recommend Fiorella enough. She was extremely communicative every step of the way and made sure that we (as first time home buyers) were confident in the process and knew all of our options. She truly goes above and beyond in any way that she can, and was constantly looking out for our best interests whether it was in home integrity and value or in our contract terms. She comes with a wealth of expertise in more areas than just real estate, and was able to connect us with one of the most through and honestly-priced home inspectors who shared her attention to detail and kept our own interests at the forefront. We loved our home-buying experience and it wouldn’t have been the same without her!

Fiorella is very professional and experienced, she made my first home buying experience perfect. I highly recommend her . She works hard to find the right home your looking for and has perfect communication skills with her clients
