Fady dominates in negotiations and in customer service! He helped my family sell a home and navigate the new construction buying process. Whether it was a much-needed phone call or an answer to a question by text late in the evening, Fady was always on top of it. Fady is a consummate professional and highly knowledgeable. We spent a tremendous amount of time with him in this current 'dog-eat-dog' real estate market. Every step of the way, he advised us on which homes made since for the price and even provided us new listings daily! He has a kind and generous heart and never made us feel that we were taking up too much of his time. There were times when he contacted us well into the evening hours to ensure that we would have the right information in order to bid on a property by the deadline. He's prompt, well prepared, and very responsive. His work ethic and professionalism were exactly what we needed. We closed on 2 properties last week!
