My experience working with Eugene is simply amazing. Eugene is very patient, honest, punctual, and very knowledgable. He always makes sure he works with my likes and dislikes when it comes to choosing the house that I want. He makes sure that the house that I will buy is the one that I will not only like but love. Whenever I have question(s), concern(s), and issue(s), he always makes time to get back with me no matter how busy he is. Most important of all, Eugene together with his wife, Charmaine who is also a realtor, makes me and my loved ones feel like not just a customers, but a part of their family too. I strongly recommend Eugene if you need a realtor.

We relocated to Las Vegas from overseas. Because of this, there were a lot of hurdles for us. Eugene was accommodating and helped us navigate through it all. He was instrumental in getting us into our home on time, even with such a tight schedule. Eugene has also been a great resource of information.

As first time home buyers in a competitive housing market, we were a little uneasy going in. Eugene helped us in every step of the way and helped us find our dream home. Me and my fiance work long hours almost all days of the week and live in different states (as of the moment), so we needed someone who is accommodating, patient and responsive. We couldn’t be any happier and contented with who we chose. The day that Eugene texted me that we could pick up the keys, I couldn’t get out of work before 5pm so I asked him if he could meet around 6:30pm (the house we chose is a bit of a drive), and without hesitation he said yes! If that doesn’t tell you how awesome he is, just hire him and you’ll see for yourself. We would recommend him and his group to anyone!
