Erik helped me purchase a home in las vegas during a sellers market. I was an out of state buyer and he blocked an entire day for me and showed 12 homes in one day. We found the perfect location, price and home. He always answered texts promptly and professionally. He also secured the services of the best mortgage broker ive ever seen and helped me get cash back at close. If you need a home in las vegas give him a ring and itll get done!

Eric did a lot of early work for us to understand our needs and help us focus in the market. We knew we needed to act fast butwith good information. On our final purchase, Eric gathered comps on very short notice late evening and put together the offer even later. He was thorough in watching the place up to closing hour to make sure the deal was straight. Thanks Eric

My wife and I lived out-of-state while making a purchase in Nevada. We spent a few days looking at condominiums with Erik, but we’re unsuccessful in completing a purchase. Erik initially viewed the condo we eventually purchased, sent us many photos, and explained by phone what we might like and dislike. He also needed to coordinate a post-possession addendum when the sellers informed us on a Thursday that they needed two additional weeks after the scheduled closing date on the following Tuesday. In between was a three-day weekend. Erik also stayed involved in the lending approval process, coordinating with the lender and me. He even attended closing, the signing of the documents.

Our Daughter bought a house in May with Erik's help and we were so impressed on how smooth her process went that we requested his help in finding our home also. Erik showed us many homes and his background of Home Inspection was a great help to us. Erik was always available to answer ALL of our questions and kept us well informed.
