Erica is an amazing person! She treated us like family instead of a “business deal”. Erica basically had our house SOLD the day it was listed & assisted us in the purchase of our new home. Great communication every step of the way, no matter day/night (even holidays ??). Thank you girl!

Erica Tivet-Smith was my realtor and she was very professional and knew her job inside and out. Erica is also one of the nicest individuals I have ever worked with. I thanked for all her hard work, for all her great ideas for solving the problems that we faced, and for being so nice and a pleasure to work with. Erica helped me with the offer on the house by telling me about an Escalation Clause, which made it possible to offer exactly the amount of money that I needed to have my offer accepted – my deal was in $1000 increments. Erica also found that there was a termite contract covenant on the house when we were lead to believe there was not such a covenant. She then analyzed the contract that we had signed for the purchase of the house and found that the seller would pay for any covenants. Which saved me a good deal of money.

My experience was very good. Even though there is stress with the financing part. Erica and her team were awesome and made the process smooth and easier on me. They were there every step of the way.

Erica was very good at communicating with us, either by phone, text, or email. She answered our questions quickly, and if she didn’t know the answer, she would find out, and get back to us, as soon as possible. We would definitely use Erica again!
