Erica did an outstanding job from start to finish with helping me find my new home in Towne Lake. She is very professional, on point and made sure we got everything we wanted at closing. Erica went above and beyond to help us find the house we were looking for. We are extremely grateful to her for her knowledge, expertise, and kindness and time. Finding a home and neighborhood is very personal. Erica listens and understands her clients needs and dreams. She believed we would find a house that would deliver goosebumps, and we did. I’m typing this review from the comfort from our first house. I couldn’t recommend Erica more and we are so grateful she was our agent. It was such a lovely and fulfilling experience.

Buying a home, especially your first home, can be an incredibly overwhelming experience. When I finally decided to make the leap from renting to owning, I knew I could not make the journey alone. I decided to put my trust in Erica Lowe. This proved to be the best decision I could have ever made. Erica is an experienced professional and a master of her craft. She takes pride in what she does. She always went the extra mile to educate me about the process, and she patiently answered all of my questions (many of which I didn't even know I had). More than just my realtor, every step of the way Erica was my mentor, my therapist (at times), and most importantly my friend. She always kept my best interests in mind, and she always had a positive attitude (for both of us). When it came to negotiating my purchase, (most of which was done behind the scenes and no burden to me) Erica was a shark, which was exactly what I needed. She understood my needs. She was extremely smart and calculating. She acted with confidence and without hesitation. She did not back down. She fought tooth and nail for me.
