Highly recommend Eric. My wife and I worked with him to purchase our very first home and we couldn't have been happier with the entire process. We were living out-of-state at the time, but he was terrific at helping us research different areas, tour homes virtually, and promptly answer any questions we had. He was always very honest about his opinion and we never felt any pressure to look at or put offers in on homes. Eric already had a great reputation, and he proved it for us during a whirlwind few months that saw us move our entire life out of state just as COVID-19 was shutting the world down. He was always responsive and realistic, never pushy or dismissive. He knew the community, and he had plenty of ideas for keeping the process rolling. Now that the dust has settled, we owe him a big, unequivocal thank you!

Eric was very helpful, friendly, and professional. He went above and beyond to help us sell our house and make sure everything went smoothly! We got an offer on our house after only 4 days on the market! I highly recommend him as a realtor! :)

Eric is a caring and patient Realtor. This was the first home I have sold. I had lots of questions throughout the process and he was able to walk me through every phase. Even during situations that Eric had not encountered before, he was quick to gather as much info as possible and continued to remain calm when I wasn't?? Eric Sams will give 100% til the sale of your home is complete!

Awesome experience with Eric! I don’t think anything could have gone better than it did. He was patient and always responsive to any questions I had. After dealing with 2 realtors in the process of buying my home (that I would NEVER deal with again) it makes me sad that I moved away and can’t have Eric’s help in the purchase of my new home in Eagan. 100% satisfied and thankful for all of his help and advice.
