Brenna did an amazing job helping us purchase our first home in Duluth! From the very beginning, Brenna took the time to answer any and all of our questions, was never late in responding to calls/texts/or emails, and was positive and honest through it all. My wife and I were discussing what it was like to work with Brenna after we closed and the sentiment we kept coming back to was that we really felt like we were her only clients - Brenna really does an amazing job making you feel taken care of. Brenna Fahlin is thoroughly professional, deeply knowledgeable, and as honest as a mid-summer Duluth day is long. My husband and I are first-time homebuyers and Brenna made the process and smooth and as quick as possible! She scheduled showings ASAP after we requested to see houses, was quick about putting offers in, and was knowledgable about every single thing we had a question about. Brenna was super responsive and really fun to work with. I highly recommend her if you are looking for housing in this area! She will work hard to make sure that you sign for the house that you really want. We would absolutely work with her again in the future for our real estate needs.

Brenna was amazing from day one. She is always available and is truly on top of everything. She knows the market, she's honest about the houses you look at, and never tries to sell you on something she isn't sure on herself. Working with Brenna made me feel like my partner and I were her only clients, which simply isn't the case with most relators.
