Eric was the best realtor we could have had. We were first time buyers and pretty nervous about the whole process, but Eric walked us through everything so well. We were slow in our decisions, with more than once telling him we needed a month or so break from looking, and he was always so gracious and patient with us, going at our weird pace, and always looking for the perfect house for us. And that’s what he found for us... the perfect house!! I totally recommend Eric.

Eric Robirds is an exceptional realtor and we would highly recommend him to anyone in the Big Country. He is very knowledgeable in his field but is also a kind, respectful and honorable person who listens and really hears your needs and wants as a buyer and seller. He bent over backwards looking into homes that were 'outside the box' of what I would see as the normal job description of a traditional realtor. We selected him through Dave Ramsey's list of recommended realtors in our area and are so glad we did, we will work with him again in the future if we ever have need. Give him a call, you won't be disappointed.

Mr. Robirds is patient and professional. He has worked with us over the years to sell two of our houses and find our present home which is perfect. He is extremely knowledgeable, understands the market, and works hard to anticipate needs, answer questions, and serves to navigate the buyer/seller through the complicated process of real estate acquisition. We have been more than happy with Mr. Robirds counsel and can heartily endorse him. In our minds, he is the best and should need arise we will happily contact Eric.

We had several buyers fall through at no fault of Eric and he was very patient and hard working the entire time we were trying to sell. We eventually sold at a great price. He will be very dedicated to your needs!

Eric was very attentive to my needs and always quick to respond to my questions even months after the sale. He always had the right answer or quickly knew where to go to get the answer. He was available at all times, weekends, nights, whatever. I highly recommend Eric for all of your real estate needs.
