Eric fell into my lap through a dear friend ... and I'm so grateful this happened! He was instrumental in helping us through the entire process. He explained every step and educated us in the current market trends and helped us through the negotiation process. No pressure along the way - he met us where we were .. .which made him very approachable. He is thorough and doesn't meet a beat. My lender even commented about his thoroughness and ability to anticipate what was needed. This is a complicated process ... but Eric made it easy!!

Eric brings all the quality and professionalism you would expect from a great real estate agent along with top notch local knowledge. He truly went above and beyond multiple times. One example is that he helped facilitate getting storm shutters on my rental property while we were in the process of getting the house listed. He gave solid advice on the timing of our listing, the price, and things to tend to prior to going live. He made it a stress-free experience to sell our house! I would definitely recommend working with him.

Eric is an amazing Agent. He did an outstanding job helping with the home buying process. He gathered info on homes / areas that made buying less stressful. He showed a lot patient and never overbearing. Eric's knowledgeable, not just about home buying but things like trees, plants, and many other things a buyer may not know about. We highly recommend and appreciate him.

I am so glad I chose Eric to sell my home. He is very knowledgeable about the housing market as well as the style of houses in the area (60’s cinderblock, etc). I had an offer within 3 days for more than I expected. Very happy with the experience. Eric is wonderful to work with!

My wife and I were going to open houses, looking for a condo or townhouse as a 2nd home to be closer to family and access to the beach. We met Eric at an open house he was hosting. He seemed very knowledgeable about the area and the actual complexes. When we were a little more serious we contacted Eric with specific units we wanted to see. He set everything up, had specific insights to the complexes/associations and answered all our questions. We spent the next 9 months with Eric navigating our journey. We found Eric to BE very knowledgeable about the area and specific nuances of the various complexes we visited. Eric is very laid-back and was always available. He answered all our inquiries and texts promptly. If we need information need from a seller he was prompt at getting the information. We ended up purchasing a condo and Eric handled everything we needed and guided us through the buying process. Thank you Eric.
