My wife and I were going to open houses, looking for a condo or townhouse as a 2nd home to be closer to family and access to the beach. We met Eric at an open house he was hosting. He seemed very knowledgeable about the area and the actual complexes. When we were a little more serious we contacted Eric with specific units we wanted to see. He set everything up, had specific insights to the complexes/associations and answered all our questions. We spent the next 9 months with Eric navigating our journey. We found Eric to BE very knowledgeable about the area and specific nuances of the various complexes we visited. Eric is very laid-back and was always available. He answered all our inquiries and texts promptly. If we need information need from a seller he was prompt at getting the information. We ended up purchasing a condo and Eric handled everything we needed and guided us through the buying process. Thank you Eric.

We have had the opportunity to work with a number of realtors over the years, buying and selling, and Eric is the best. From the beginning of the process - understanding our needs and showing us suitable places - to helping us negotiate our offer, all the way through the inspection process and closing, Eric was accessible, highly responsive, excellent with his guidance, and a true pleasure to work with. His knowledge of the property market and his ability to address all of our questions insightfully was extremely helpful every step along the way. Furthermore, his calm, reassuring style was invaluable through all the negotiations. Even beyond closing, he's remained helpful to us, addressing our needs and providing helpful information as we moved into our new home. We thoroughly enjoyed working with him and highly recommend him to anyone who wants a true advocate to stand by their side in purchasing a home in our area.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience being a first time home buyer. Eric was very responsive to all of my many questions and was also knowledgeable about the areas that I was interested in. I was impressed that he was able to find a new construction home within my budget that seems almost too good to be true. All in all, I would recommend Eric to any first time home buyers, especially those with tons of questions and anxiety.

Eric could not have been a better Realtor for my wife and me to sell out condo in Cocoa Beach! It is rare to find a realtor who genuinely wants what is best for you, and Eric is certainly that. At one point in my decision process on whether to sell or rent out my condo, after giving him the numbers on our gain/loss, Eric said it probably would be best for us to rent even though that would mean far less commission for him. We decided to sell after all, and fortunately, Eric did such a great job that we still ended up making a sizable profit on our condo that we only owned for a year! If you want a trustworthy realtor who can answer all of your questions/concerns and handle all the trouble of homebuying process for you, Eric is your best option in Brevard County!
