Eric was the perfect realtor to sell our home. He had exceptional knowledge of the market in our area. I will be using him again in the future for the purchasing of more rental properties.

We worked with Eric selling a home and purchasing a new home. Eric worked really well with my wife and I who thought we new what we wanted. We changed our search criteria about a thousand times and Eric was super patient with us! He showed us numerous homes and when we almost gave up he found us the house we call home today. Eric's knowledge of the market was huge! He helped us get a great price on the home we sold. Nothing ever works out perfect when buying or selling a house and Eric was always there when I had any questions. He walked us through all of the paperwork on both ends. I have recommended Eric to all of my family and he just sold my grandparents home. Thank you again Eric for everything you have done for us! You have no idea how much we enjoy our new home everyday and thank you for finding it for us!

Eric was extremely knowledgable and helpful as a first time home buyer. He was always quick to respond to any questions I had or to get any information that wanted. Eric also would recommend houses that he thought that suited me best in case I somehow overlooked the property. Overall he was great to work with.
