Ed was so helpful along every step of the way. I'm sad I won't be working with him anymore, but so happy to have my dream homhome an affordable price. He seems likehe loves his job, not just his paycheck. He was just as happy to help me find my meager first home as he would have been to sell a mansion. I definitely reccomend him. I've already reccomended him to a few friends. Ed will make sure you get good value in your home and he's not pushy. He caught costly errors in my mortgage contract that will save me thousands over time. He's really an advocate for his clients.

We have had many real estate dealings with Ed. We purchased 3 houses with Ed's help. We rented out one house through Ed. We listed 1 house with Ed that SOLD. We listed another house through Ed that also SOLD. We are now living in the last house we bought with Ed's assistance. The results speak for themselves. We have been totally satisfied with everything he has done for us.

Ed helped me buy a HUD home in 2011. It was necessary to move fast on the property to secure the deal. I did secure the property, thanks to Ed's speed and knowledge. He continued to work with me for several months until I closed on the home. It is a beautiful home in a great location in Clermont, FL.
