I've known Jennifer for SEVERAL years. I'm in the process of trying to sell and buy a house at the same time. While I know she's not able to actually do the realtor work (licensing), she's been an absolute Godsend in keeping me sane, explaining things to me that I don't understand. When I begin to freak, we talk and I feel calm again. She knows her stuff and if I were to move to Colorado, she's my definitely go to person.

Brooke was great! We had a lot of issues with numerous contracts and she stayed the course with us and got the amount we were looking for. I will be using Brooke for all my real estate needs. I will also recommend her to my family and friends!!
