Ed was warming and welcoming from the first phone call. We were out of state when we started looking for a home in the Delaware area due to work relocation. I had to do most of the process by myself while my husband was traveling for work. It was my first time going through the home buying process. Ed answered any questions I had and even gave me questions to ponder which gave me insight on what my family and I really needed in a home. He advocated for us in finding the right home for our family and within our budget. I would absolutely recommend Ed!

Jamie was fantastic to work with. She was able to get my mother's home sold in less than 30 days!! Jamie is extremely patient and knowledgable about the 'ebbs and flow' of the real estate market. She was forthcoming with all we needed to know and understand; from preparing the house for sale and what should be considered, what to expect and, ensureing a comfortable experience/transition for my mother who had lived in the home for 25 years. Jamie was at my mother's side for each transaction to closing. I can't express enough my gratitude and would recommend Jamie Perez to anyone.
