Nic Zarro was fabulous to work with. We used the Tucker team and could not have been happier. From beginning to end they made everything so easy. Nic’s constant communication was outstanding. I can’t say enough about this team. Selling a house is a huge undertaking and these people made it seamless and smooth. Not to mention, I followed their advice and 11 competitive bids came in 24 hours after our first and only open house. They know what they are doing and they are superb at what they do. Nic was absolutely amazing to work with! He walked us through every step of the selling process. We were first time sellers, and he not only supported us every step of the way, but he made sure we understood everything that goes into selling before we even began. He answered every question, day or night, and even provided us with suggestions when it came time for donating items we were not bringing with us. Not only is Nic super knowledgeable and professional! He's a great human being! And yes, he even helped us secure a great rental so that we could be unpacked in a new space before the school year began. We are truly so grateful to Nic and to DougTucker Real Estate!

Nick did a fantastic job helping me sell my house. He was always available to me whenever I called, emailed or texted. He would come to my house and answer any questions that I had. I always reassured me that I was doing everything correctly and that it would all work out great!! And it did!!! He was able to get me $125,000.00 over my asking price in just 3 days. It was amazing.
